Global Policy Experts Launch Consulting Firm Championing Nonprofit Causes

WASHINGTON, DC, JUNE 8, 2021 – Four experienced global policy experts have formed Ceartas Advisors, a new consulting firm dedicated to helping non-profits, foundations and associations lead positive change across America and around the world.

Chris Moore, a former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Trade Policy and official with the U.N. World Food Programme and National Association of Manufacturers, will serve as Principal.

Paul Moore (no relation), formerly Senior Vice President at Nathan Associates and an expert in trade policy and international economic development, is also a founding Principal.

Paula Hunker, Senior Vice President of the Asia Society in New York City and former Chief of Executive Affairs with the U.N. World Food Programme, joins Ceartas as Senior Advisor and Member of the Board.

Tom Bourne, a community organizer for the Azulita Project, an innovative non-profit acting to eliminate plastic waste along the southwestern U.S. border, and former staffer at the Climate Reality Project, is the firm's first Associate.

Leveraging the in-depth knowledge and diverse expertise of its founders, Ceartas (pronounced SUR-tas, Irish word for "Justice") is working now with clients to design policy solutions that change systems, transform lives, advance organizational goals, and put power in the hands of the people they serve.
